Island of Gulls

 

On the wind-scratched island of Alcatraz, a guard’s wife and an inmate struggle to escape the truth around a small town tragedy and crime that binds them both.

My current work-in-progress is a debut historical fiction novel titled “Island of Gulls,” which takes place on Alcatraz Federal Penitentiary in 1937 amid the incarcerations of notorious mobsters, conmen and murderers.
