I live in San Francisco with my creative husband, curious toddler, feisty rescue terrier, and three chatty backyard chickens. My current writing projects are a mix of freelance articles and a debut historical fiction novel. On Instagram I write about motherhood and will be launching a short-story serial in Winter 2020.

 

My background is in print journalism (with a degree from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism) and a stint in public relations. Just to mix it up a bit, I also hold an MBA and a holistic medicine degree in Western Herbal Remedies. So, if needed, I can tally up a balance sheet while making an herbal remedy for colic.

 

When I’m not attempting to put words on the page (and have a rare moment to myself), I follow in the footsteps of Miss Marple with either a pair of knitting needles or a garden spade in hand. The mysteries that need solving, however, are entirely of my own making.
